Shipping
Shipping costs and times are auto-calculated and displayed at the checkout page. Ceramic items are heavy, and may be expensive to ship! Please contact me at Hello@JessGuatney.com if you think there is an error in the shipping cost displayed. Add 1-3 business days for processing and packing time. Tracking numbers will be sent to the customer via the email that was provided at checkout.
Returns
I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be in new unused condition. If the return is due to an error by me, I will pay for return shipping. If not, return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer. For returns or shipping problems contact be via Hello@JessGuatney.com.
Damage upon arrival
If the damage is caused by the shipping carrier, please contact me via Hello@JessGuatney.com and provide pictures of the box, packaging, and item. A full refund will be made.
